I recently listed my first property and I stand to make around $160,000 after closing costs. I lived in the property 2 out of the last 5 years so I won't be paying any capital gains tax. The market I'm in is so hot that finding a good deal is very difficult and it's also going to take a lot of cash to continue investing there. I want the money from this sale to stretch further so I'm looking for someone who has some creative ideas and would like to partner up for their next deal.
