Hi all of Massachusetts,

My partner and I are seeking relationships with wholesalers that routinely acquire deals in southern, MA. (Bristol, Plymouth, Barnstable) counties. We are CASH buyers and can close within two weeks of the signed agreement.

Criteria

Single Family Residents (SFRs) - Purchase price $225,00.00 or less, no restrictions on beds, baths, square footage, location, etc. If the numbers make sense and comps support, we will buy.

Multi-Family Units - Specific to Bristol County, any location 3-8 units.

Purchase price at or around 50-60% ARV
