Help our fund locate property in Kansas City

Security Realty & Capital is a Kansas City based commercial lender (hard money) with a focus on helping professional real estate investors.  

Presently, we are adding additional property to the SRC portfolio to renovate and flip.  Here's what we seek:

Single family homes with an after repaired value of 125K or greater.  An approximate 25/30K net profit at time of sale.  Three or more bedrooms with one and a half or more bath rooms.  Here is what we offer:

Experience.  (Experience does bring value)  Ability to execute quickly and leverage our capital.  Volume ~ we would like to purchase an additional 2-3 properties per month which we hope may create an account style relationship with the right person(s)/agent or property expert.

@Jeff Basler does it matter if it's on the Kansas or Missouri side as long as it meets the stated criteria?

Hi Jim

Kansas and Missouri is fine.  Liberty, Kearney ~ North of the river.  Less desirable (for us) would be Raytown and Grandview.
