Good evening 

Security Realty & Capital, LLC is a private (not a broker) fund based in Kansas City. As real estate investors we understand the choreography necessary to reach profitability.

I would like to ask you for help.  Help in introducing my small boutique fund to a couple folks interested in establishing a relationship with a new lender in the area.  I chose Tampa for two reasons:  I love the water and lived in the area 15 years ago.
