I am working with a private investor ( All cash buyer) and we are starting an LLC together to fix and flip homes as well as buy and holds in Montgomery County, PA depending how the numbers work. If there are any wholesalers, reo agents or other investors in the area of Montgomery, Philadelphia, Chester or Bucks counties in PA that have deep discounted properties that are as is and they are looking to sell.

Don't have much preference as in the area, type of home, condition of home etc. As long as the number work out I am always willing to look into the property and maybe something could work if it fits our needs.
