Liability Insurance for Ground up construction of SFH

I am struggling to figure out what type of liability insurance I need for my new real estate venture. 

I am the sole owner of my LLC, which owns the property being constructed.

I have a GC pulling permits and a supervisor managing the construction.  GC has his own liability insurance as required. 

I have obtained builders risk to protect the property itself, but I am confused on what type of liability insurance I need. General liability vs premise liability?
