Hello awesome BPs

I have been close to have a good deal on property in Silver Spring MD and a good cash offer has win it and I am back to looking again. I am not finding that much good deal from the MLS only and I want to partner with anyone who has a good, most probably off market deal, properties in Montgomery MD county and wanted to partner.

I am fairly experienced but not much experienced in the real-estate arena and whoever wants to work with me can set good acceptable rules of the industry while working on this.

Basically I am looking to buy property that need repair and can be bought with lower amount considering the rehab. Please let me know what more information you need, DM me and we can take it from there. Hope to hear from someone soon.
