Buying: Condo or MFH in Austin, TX

I'm looking for either a finished condo in downtown Austin or a MFH in the Austin area. Strange pairing, but it serves a porpoise :)

Condition of the MFH is largely unimportant as long as it doesn't need structural work.

Let me know what you are selling or wholesaling.
