Newly Licensed agent looking for an investor friendly brokerage to work with.

Hello everyone! I'm a newly licensed agent. I have another career but I am currently grounded and cannot fly. I've been interested in real estate investing for quite sometime and decided to get my license while I wait for my main gig to get going again. Even after I start flying again I will have plenty of time to persue (and close) real estate deals. . I'm interested in working for a brokerage that does a lot of business with investors, wholesalers, flippers, creative finance, and especially BRRRR. I'd love to join a team that includes agents that are also investors. I live in Goodyear so somewhere in the west valley is preferred but I'm willing to work anywhere in Phoenix really.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, and I'm really excited about being a part of this community! I've read a number of BP books and am particularly interested in multi-family and BRRRR.
