I have 2 deals that I'm seeking private lending on.  We are under contract!

One is a 32 unit apartment that we are converting to independent assisted living. No renovations needed. 

Other is a 12 month flip, purchasing for 1.1 and Appraisal ARV is 1.95

It sounds like you have a great deal in your hands. I do think you mean you are converting it to Independent Living which works for apartments. Assisted Living does not work with 32 separate units. I have a source for private money loans here in California. I will check to see if they can fund deals in South Carolina.

Hi Dennis! Yes independent living! I am in SC but the property is in Ohio. My partner lives there!
