I'm an agent and have a client looking for a home to rent in the Phoenix area with the following criteria:

>  prefer single family home, may consider town home

>  at least 2 bedrooms, prefer 3

>  must allow 2 medium/large dogs

>  max $2200/mo. prefer $2k/mo

>  ideally around south Scottsdale, Tempe, or by i10 by Chandler/Ahwatukee. Near highways is good. South Phoenix not desired.

I have searches going on MLS so really looking if anyone has a property not listed on MLS. Thanks!

Hi Gregory. Not all property managers use ARMLS but most use Zillow, so I would look there if you aren't already. There is also a Facebook group for agents here in Arizona that has Pre-MLS listings on it. Good luck!
