Seeking attorney to help with Quitclaim Deed in FL

Hello, I need to submit a Quit Claim Deed to Alachua County Public Records in FL. The owner is a foreigner and I have identified a Florida notary that notarizes these types of documents virtually (and with foreigners). However, the county requires that all virtually notarized documents be submitted via e-recording services (Not in person). Most e-recording services require the deed to be prepared by an attorney. Any attorneys here or someone who can refer me to one? Much appreciated.

@Claudia Grant

I would reach out to a local title company. You can also search BiggerPockets for attorneys in Florida
