Hello everybody, I'm looking for an agent who specializes in REO properties. I am interested in purchasing a proptery that didn't sell at public auction.
Any agent can probably help you. While years ago there were some agents that could make a whole business out of REOs, in today's world there probably aren't enough foreclosures to actually specialize. Just very few foreclosures, and even less REOs. At least in my area very very few and then even fewer in typically the area or price range many customers want to consider.
