Hello, my name is Krista and I have been hosting on Airbnb for over 5 years and have several years of professional experience in both the Real Estate and Hospitality industry, along with a background in Marketing. I have recently ventured out on my own and am offering short-term rental co-hosting/management services, fully remote (it doesn't matter where your property is!). I am your one-stop shop for all things co-hosting! I will handle everything from preparing the property, doing market research and setting up a stellar listing, to managing the day-to-day tasks such as communication with guests, optimizing pricing, scheduling cleaners, taking care of maintenance issues and of course maintaining communication with you. I also offer these services à la carte, if you just need one or two items taken off your plate. Overall, I am here to support any short-term rental owner who doesn't have the time or energy to manage their short-term rental, but still wants the benefits of that rental revenue!
