Hey BP - does anyone mind sharing an example of their real estate professional logbook? Would love to see an example of some real life qualifying activities and what you're including.

@James E. @Clive Smith I have a sample log in format that follows the IRS Audit Techniques Guides (ATGs). Let me know if you'd like a copy.

Please keep in mind that research and education hours do not count by themselves!
For the tracker, I would just have a simple Excel sheet without generic entries

I would love to see a real life example of reps log book from a qualified real estate professional log book. Would be nice use it as template of what’s acceptable in the court of law
