I have written a agreement and need a proffesional opinion regarding responsibility

I have written a agreement.
I find investors and possible companies/projects needing investments. If they decide to do business the responsibility is on them, not me. What they agree is their business. Please give me a honest comment if this make me neutral regarding responsibilities regarding A and C.

Here is a cut of the agreement that states the responsibilities for investor (A), entity(C) needing investment and me (B):

B is only responsible for presenting A and C for each others services and needs. B has no responsibility regarding A or C's fulfilment of promised commitments. agreements and other today or in future towards each other. A or C's responsibility is to make sure B receives agreed fee(s) and provision from the "total consideration" they do toghete, this regards to positive cash flow. by A signing this agreement or doing business with C in any form i.e. In form of a transaction or other, A acknowledge that the responsibility regarding the business is only between A and C. B is not responsible for the investments, funds, services, day to da operation and other (total consideration) business A decides to do and performs with C. All investments and other is conducted by A, at own risk and responsibility. Same applies to C. As a professional part A are obligated to do preparations, own research, risk analysis, considerations, documentation reviewing, communication and other neededand thereby rely on own judgment about C and the business opportunities they offer. Same applies to C. B provides A with information given by C, B needs to trust information given by C and acts in “good faith” by providing A with information given by C or other information source. A are adviced by this agreement to perform own research about C and the business opportunity, get advice from independent third party to confirm that it is a good legitimate business opportunity, A acknowledge that B not can be held privately or professionally responsible for investments, business, economical, financial, legal, or other A have given, or C received. if A and C decides to do prosecution, lawsuits, economical/financial claims or other towards eachother this is a matter between A and C, not B. A cannot hold B responsible for legal-, echonomical/financial- or other regards to lack to future economical wins, economical losses, bad ethics or other issues regards to A and C's business togheter. B is not responsible for the A or C's anticipations regards return of investments, , return of loan, return of interest or other that is not anticipated or other negative happening in future. This applies to A and C. A and C knows and are aware that any investment, funding, business involves risk and A is thereby responsible for any action and costs related to doing business with C on his own, C is thereby responsible for any action and costs related to doing business with A. B's only responsibility is to do whitin his abilities to find investors and companies/entities/persons needing funding of some sort. A and C decision to do business with each other rely only on themselves, and can not in any circumstances blame or give B any responsibility of deciding doing business with the other part.
