Which BP Suggested SD IRA should I use?

I'm looking to leave my W2 job at some point soon and need to roll over my 401k to an SD IRA or Solo 401k. I'm a pro member and see a few different ones on BP, which ones do you BPers recommend if I want to continue putting money into it to invest in other people's RE Deals? I see a few:

discountsolo401k.com

https://info.advantaira.com/bigger-pockets-pro-per...

sensefinancial.com

NDTCO.com

Any thoughts would be helpful, I'm leaning to NDTCO or Advantaira but don't fully understand the benefits of one over another if there's something, in particular, I should be looking for?

@Tyler Gregerson

I'd recommend getting in contact with the providers you're considering. That way, you can get more information about how each option might work for what you're looking to do.
