401k to solo 401k, or SDIRA, or other options?
My wife has a Roth IRA, and I have a 401k. We are wanting to buy a third multi unit and and wanting to tap into these funds for this investment, However I am lost as to which route to take in doing this. We also have an llc for our properties so maybe we were thinking the solo 401k? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
