Personal Transfer via Warranty Deed to Series LLC Yes or No?
I want to buy investment property but want asset protection and would love to get anonymity if possible also. Looks like the way to go is to have your property owned by a series LLC with a trust being the Manager.
I'd like to finance however getting a Loan as an LLC is very pricey compared to a Fannie Mae loan.
I was wondering there were any differences between getting a loan as an LLC or getting a personal loan and then using a Warranty Deed to transfer into the LLC?
