Does disregarded entity issue 1099INT?

I have a single member LLC (BV) that is owned 100% by a partnership LLC (ML) and is treated as a disregarded entity with all activity being reported on ML's 1065. BV paid interest to individual investors and needs to issue them 1099INTs. I'm just wondering if the 1099INTs should come from BV or from ML since BV it's a disregarded entity? The only answers I can find talk about a disregarded entity owned by an individual. Those ones say that the individual's Social Security number would be used on the 1099INT's. Does that apply if it's a parent company as well? ML also paid interest and filed 1099INT's to its investors so that could get messy. It would make more sense for my records to have BV send the 1099INTs, but I don't want to do it wrong.
