MFH - 20 or 25% . Do we have lenders who can do 20% on MFH
Ladies and Gentlemen
Need some inputs on my situation.
1. Trying to buy a QUAD - I can manage 20% but lenders are asking for 25%. Are there are any lenders in FL who can process a MFH with 20% down?
2. We are closing in our primary home soon - I definitely have 20% for this primary home to fund. Is it good strategy to investment 5-10% (I understand there PMI) and invest remaining in another property?
I love this site, this is god gift to novice investors like me. Love your all pointers. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you!!!
