Question about Rental income going towards mortgage
I have been looking into buying a 4 family and my question is when getting a mortgage I was told they can use 75% of the rental income towards your mortgage (when getting approved).
My plan would be live in one unit and rent out the others. My question is- is it the 75% out of 3 units, or all 4?
I would be doing FHA.
