Question please...

My wife and I are looking to finance (cash out) to 50% loan to value (2) investment properties in Florida.

We have used our Life Insurance to Self - Fund properties and would like to be able to employ a modest amount of leverage to purchase an additional property or two.

We are looking for a  30 year fixed rate financing package.
