Form Promissory Note for Seller Financing

Is anyone willing to share a promissory note and related documents that they've used for seller financing? This would be for a land purchase, but I'd be happy to get documents for other asset classes. I know that every situation is different and the recommendation is to hire an attorney - this is just for my education. Thank you!
