Hard money lender for land subdivide
Has anyone ever used a hard money lender to buy land and subdivide? I’m looking to buy a large parcel and then break it down to smaller parcels. For instance, buy 90 acres for 280k, divide into 10–12 acres parcels and sell for 45k-55k each. Seeing what’s out there!
