Hi everyone.

I need around $100,000 loan to put a Manufactured Home in Shelton, WA in my own land where there’s an existing house on that land also.

The city has given me the pre approval to move forward but I need the money for the project.

That amount will cover the purchase of a brand new MH among to the installation and city permit needed. I’m intending t rent it out once it’s all set up.

I will appreciate any recommendations or references

Thank you

You might want to include what you are offering the potential lender - both in terms of returns, and how they will be secured.

@Marlon P. You may want to bring in private lenders and/or a partner on the deal. Best of luck!
