Where are you finding private lenders for long term lending? I've found plenty of lenders for short term or lenders with rigorous qualifications and plenty of scams. I am looking to buy additional vacation rentals to add to my portfolio but I keep running into the wall. I have one under contract and the most recent lender wouldn't take it because the HOA is in the developer's control still and not the owners yet. Help!
