I am at a point in my REI business where funding deals is the critical path. I am finding potentially good deals but I am not making offers due to the lack of funding. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If your deals are in Louisiana, your universe of potential hard money lenders is severely limited. Go to Scotsman Guide interactive matrix, plug in your criteria, a few hard money lenders should pop up. These are real lenders as they (we, but I lend in Texas only) pay a fairly stiff fee to be included in the matrix.
