Banks that lend on Manufactured Home Investment Properties

Hello BP community.   I am looking for lenders that lend on investment manufactured homes. Has anyone had any luck working with a bank or credit union but will land on a manufactured home for an investor? I am in Arizona and I have a bank that has really been dragging their feet for months and just let me know today without further information that they’re not going to lend to me on these properties so a referral for a bank with good rates would be much appreciated.
