Commercial Mortgage and Personal Guarantee

I have a number of commercial loans for my rental properties.  Since the loans are based on the investment and not so much on me personally what is the formula of the amount I can personally guarantee.  It is a percentage of income from W-2 and properties?  If the taxes show not much income because of advantages of interest, tax deductions, depreciation, etc.  does that penalize me.  I currently have over $1,000,000 guaranteed.  Is it per bank?
