HELOC or Refinance for Rental Properties
Hello All
I really appreciate all the inputs from the real estate gurus on this Bigger pockets. I need some suggestions and references to get cash out refinance or HELOC for my rental properties. Currently I own a SFH worth 95k in GA and a condo worth 55k in VA, these were bought in the last 2 months. Completely renovated and ready for rent. Please suggest appropriate path, most of the banks need seasoning period of 6 months.
Thanks
