Any referrals on mortgages under 50k?

I bought a rental a few months ago for 35k and was able to finance it in-house with a small credit union with excellent terms. I am ready to buy another rental and just found out that the credit union is not offering mortgages for the time being. If anyone has a lead on a lender who will do sub 50k loans I would appreciate it. The the purchase would be here in AZ, not sure if that matters or not. Thank you!

If they told you that today it may be because Trump is writing orders against Dodd Frank and no one knows what the rules are anymore. Or, just find another credit union.

Try AimLoan. They are a web-based, nationwide lender.

I picked up my rental property for 48k and got a loan at

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union. So feel free to give them a call.
