Anyone have any recommendations for Hard Money Lenders?

I'm putting together a cash deal that I'd like to work with someone on.

The property is almost all leased out with good tenants with years left on the leases.

Looking to use between 220-270k

I will have the cash to do the deal, but I don't want to put all of my liquid up.

This is a good opportunity for someone who is looking for a good return for a shorter term.

I want someone who would put up the cash so I can close on the property, then I will start refinancing the property to cash them out. The building will have a safe dcsr to cover the payments, and I expect the total use of your cash to be between 6 months to one year.

I will also have the cash on hand to pay the debt even if somehow I lost all of the tenants at once, so I'd say it's a pretty safe deal.

If anyone wants to talk about this deal, or knows someone who might- point me in the right direction or contact me directly.

Looking to close this year, or early 2015.
