Conventional Rehab Loan

Hey BP nation, my fiance and I are looking to purchase our first home and we are considering getting a rehab loan and contracting out the rehab work while we rent our current home. We are only interested in medium to light rehab work so if we can find something that we can do the rehab work in a timely fashion that's our preferred option. I am here asking for any good references for a rehab loan. We will be living in this home for a few years but will eventually turn it into a rental.

Thanks Brandon

I have talked to a few loan officers already but I know how valuable referrals can be so I wanted to jump on here and ask.

I am interested in the same thing.  Have you found a lender in Washington yet?

@Tyler Kaye

You will have to look for either an FHA 203k or Fannie Homestyle. It's a little harder to find Homestyle lenders.
