How soon do you refinance your BRRR??
So my question is how soon are you refinancing your BRRR properties? So on my rehab loan I have 12 months to refinance. With the rising house prices a person that waits closer to the 12 months could potentially receive a higher appraisal. On the other hand whereas nobody knows the future and lending could actually change its ease in the future that could be a call for refinancing as soon as possible. I have been refinancing mine way before the 12th month. I have been second-guessing myself as well thinking man I could've got a better appraisal had I waited a little longer. So what's your thoughts? How are other investors handling the refinance time frame?

We always refinance our properties ASAP for two reasons.
1. We never want to be caught in a situation where we are running our of time on our rehab / bridge loan.
2. We want to pull our capital back our of the project as fast as we can in order to reinvest it.
