What is the best way to skip trace?

I am a new real estate investor whose looking into wholesaling but I running into a problem when it comes to getting the owner phone number or email. My questions which site is the best skip trace for a beginner?

Hey @Zinyor Babiker, welcome to the BP community!

You really have 3 options when it comes to skiptracing. I'll list them below in order or cheapest but most hands on to most expensive but most hands off.

1. Do it yourself, 1 at a time using free or cheap websites like: locateplus.com people.yellowpages.com 

2. Outsource it to a software/online service like:  www.propertyradar.com leadsherpa.com www.propstream.com

3. Higher a VA to do everything for you: Happy to recommend some I've worked with.

To extend on what Brenden shared, you could check out truepeoplesearch.com if you're going to do it yourself. You have to take this with a grain of sand because the phone numbers may not be accurate.

If you're going for the software option, do ask some questions because the more accurate the tool, the less money you'll spend over time. You'll also save yourself a whole lot of time, frustration, and effort.
