Any online seminars/networking events that aren't sales pitches?

I have been starting to read real estate investing books and listen to the podcast quite a bit, and I'm also interested in any valuable/educational seminars/webinars out there to further my knowledge (and also network if possible - I'm in the suburbs of Philadelphia). I've gone on sites like Eventbrite and there are hundreds of free webinars on real estate investing. I'm assuming 95% of them are sales pitches or so basic that they won't be helpful (I have a couple of investment properties and am trying to grow my portfolio - I have a good grasp of all the main concepts). Has anyone come across a free or low-cost online webinar that has been valuable to you?
