If you are looking for a CPA in the Texas area, I would highly recommend working with @Michael Plaks.

While Texas does not have a personal income tax, Texas does have considerable franchise taxes on certain entities organized and doing business in Texas. Penalties for failure to file these forms can be huge. You want to make sure to work with a professional who understands these rules. Michael is not located in Austin but in nearby Houston.
