Who do I need to have ?
So I’m brand new to brrrr investing. I have never bought a property but I’m looking to buy one soon. Through my time studying I have discovered that getting into real estate is like creating your own business. My question is, I plan on buying houses and paying someone to renovate them. Who do I need to make sure I have on my team. I know I gotta have a good relationship with my bank, most likely a contractor, a wholesaler, is there anybody else I’m missing or that you guys would recommend? And why ?

Depending, you might need an attorney to do the transaction. Otherwise, an attorney for any legal matters...
I wouldn’t discount a real estate agent. There can be a place for one on your team.
Other than “a contractor,” you might want to have also various trades and vendors. Might be better and/or more cost effective to have your own plumber, hvac, etc. depends on your units and what needs “doing” while you are a landlord. For vendors, one might be a good carpet guy. For example, I’ve been getting carpet for 20 years from one store so he will put me down for just about anytime I want/need and just reschedule another client out of the way. Try to build those relationships...
Anyway, depends on your units.. For example, I don’t have a boiler “guy” since I stay away from investing in/with boilers... but if your area only has boilers...
