What makes a great market??
As a young but eager individual I am taking the steps towards buying my first property in the next year. The question I have is what do people look for in a certain areas/markets to decide whether it's a good place to invest in? How do you find out if a market is good if you live no where near it? What tools can you use to determine if the market is good?
