What to do with sidelined captial?!

Hi All

Member for 6+ months, wanting my first property for 6+ years... BUT I HAVEN’T TAKEN THE PLUNGE.

I’ve recently taken a company to exit and have capital to deploy and can finally start my journey.

I have so many questions:

- which markets

- best REI strategy

- how to maximize cash flow

- what legal entity structure is best

- how to source best deals

- motivation to pull the trigger

- lasting COVID impacts

I’m ready to do this but feel like I need a mentor or muse to assist.

This post is almost more cathartic than a request. Thanks for reading!
