How many doors would you want before you created a website?
I have been thinking of creating a website for all the properties I own or manage to be displayed in one place with pics of each apartment, a description and rental price. A lot of them rent the same time (student housing) and I think it would be a good place to display what is available (including management services to other prospective owners), perhaps write the occasional article and use it as a portfolio display to raise money in the future.
What would your number of doors be before you started doing this?
