Ok so here's the deal. I found a home for sell in a secluded area of Sherman Oaks, California ( southern Cal )with breath taking Views. I got it from my center of influence. I was able to close them on selling their home at $1,799,000. Me knowing that this home is over 50 years old and has not been upgraded one bit ( still has popcorn ceiling) I was able to find an investor to buy the home and plate a bid at $1,625,000. But just got a call he's canceling and pulling out on the deal. Another part of the story is that my sellers already found a home in are in escrow for the new home. What should be my next step ?
