Fannie Mae Good Or Bad TO short sale
Hi everyone I am new here looking for some help! I just came across a new flip it is a 1 loan B Of A oweing 250K worth maybe 185K on the market with some many foreclosures in the seattle/tacoma areas
My question is with it being fannie mae backed does anyone see a problem with that? It is good for my realtor since he will amke 6% on the deal but is it good for flipping?
