Crowd Sourcing
I have seen more and more from sites like Realty Mogul and CrowdStreet, to name a couple. Does anyone have any real life experience with these sites?
I know Realty Mogul is pushing a proprietary REIT. I looked at it and it seemed like there were too many conflicts for me to get any level of comfort (affiliates were getting paid for brokering deals, doing lending, etc.). It was only one deal, but it put me off a bit.
Any insights would be appreciated.
