assumable loans
I have been trying to obtain more properties to rent by assumable loans. I have found a large number of homes financed in the past 4 years that are assumable. However, the real estate agent I work with reuses to even write a contract so I can assume the loans. It is much cheaper for me to assume the loans then put 25% down and only be allowed 2% closing on a new loan.
