Hi all đź‘‹

I'm looking to purchase my very first investment property in Maricopa County, AZ. Either Tempe or Phoenix. I would love to connect with realtors & discuss local market knowledge, recommendations & overall support. I'll disclose my budget & personal goals via 1:1 messages.

@Luz N Taveras that's was my move but not for investment properties.  We live part time AZ (pinal county)  and part time in Narragansett with rentals in S. Kingstown.  Can't help you with the investment part but happy to talk about the area. are you actually moving or moving investments?  Curious how you arrived already at Phoenix and Tempe while skipping over some other areas.

Hi Luz!

I'm a bit late to the game on my reply, but am here if you need another resource as you plan for your first investment property in PHX. The valley is growing so much, so there is definitely a lot of information to digest.

Good luck!
