Finding the deals!

Harrison Jones
Posted

Over the past year I have been working on preparing my team to fully dive into the real-estate industry. I have the systems in place to allow both my rehab team and funding to scale effectively. I'm looking to get into property flipping, but am running into the issue that I feel that most investors struggle with:  finding the right deal to move forward with. That is the mission I am looking to tackle head on over the next couple of months, while also making the process as scalable as possible. I need to find a consistent pool of deals to analyze for keeping the engine running. I do not have any unrealistic expectations as far as the return on properties, but my question is this: how do more seasoned investors create a market that gravitates around them? I'm working to build relationships with wholesalers and other agents that will help fuel my business. Is there any suggestions/advice that might help me?
