Single Family Home Development
Hello to all!
To reference, can someone with experience building out neighborhoods breakdown the steps after land is acquired?
For example: 5 acres has just been purchased. It has a good amount of trees. A sub-division is wanting to be built. What are your step-by-step moves right after purchase? Assuming the lot is zoned what you want.
Who do you hire first, when is sewer / water connected, when do you begin leveling, when are trees cut, when do you lay the infrastructure and so forth.
All knowledge and input is wanted!
