I am wondering if there are any actual Investors that are looking to buy Phase 1 and phase 2 type construction properties? How do people even get these Investors?? It seems like they are hard to find lol. I had someone tell me that you just keep asking developer after developer until you finally "catch" one",. is that true? :idea:
